To Zapatero: resign as soon as possible. Put Rubalcaba as prime minister until the end of this period. Get Solbes back onboard as Economy minister, and show it as often as possible in international institutions. Let your party choose a good inheritor after Rubalcaba.
To the European Union: use this opportunity to stablish, once and for all, a truly authoritative, common European government. Put Felipe González as the first president and let him manage stuff for a couple of years. Then make elections and start acting like truly a common union rather than scattered, ungovernable little countries.
To Angela Merkel: never predicate for others the same medicine you avoided when you confronted the same problems the others have by now.
