Too early yet to say whether this is a fake or an authentic image, but mirrorlessforums posted images which are supposed to depict the new mirrless Pentax camera, with two of its lenses. We will see whether this holds truth or not.
Going to the specs, they mention a 14 Mp sensor, enabled for H.264 video recording; lenses will include a prime 8.5 mm f/1.9 and a zoom 5-15 f/2.8-4.5 (the equivalent of 47 mm and 28-80 lenses).
Now the big scoop (if/when confirmed): they say that the above system was designed to be the smallest on the market, BUT THERE WILL BE ANOTHER MIRRORLESS SYSTEM FROM PENTAX, using an APS-C sensor.
If this is true, then we have really BIG news in the field of photography, and particularly big for Pentax users, since this APS-C camera would most possibly be compatible somehow with the huge catalogue of Pentax lenses (both legacy and current).
