Tamar Davis new album: "My name is Tamar"

Some of you might remember that Tamar appeared in the Prince album 3121, and she had another album that was eventually dropped off before its actual release (although actual copies surfaced in Japan and thus the music is out there).

Well, Tamar continued working and has just released a new album, "My name is Tamar", which appeared yesterday.

I just started to listen, and I think the single, Hearbeat, sounds fresh and interesting. But it is way too early to make an opinion on the album. Yet I keep on saying that Tamar (contrary to common opinion among hardcores) has a lovely voice and is a very talented singer, and I wish her the best with the new album.
