Yesterday, it was announced that one of the big banks in Spain, Bankia, will be rescued by receiving 7,000 millions of euros so that it can continue working. A big controversy resulted from this, since we were very recently subjected to reductions in the budget of health care and education running roughtly at 10,000 millions, and now a big chunk of it will go to compensate the bad work from private entities.
As usual, the profit is private, but the loss is public, and the ultraliberals have no shame in doing this kind of job.
