Citroën has a long story of bold designs, often advanced to their time. Yet it seems that, in the name of global products, they decided to take the route of mediocrity. This new model, based on the platform of the C-3, is the first example of how poor, mediocre design can invade a brand with the background of Citroën:

Well, I don't get you here. This care is designed for what it is, a kind of low cost car aimed also to new emerging markets. Citroen has other cars for the design lovers (the DS line for instance, although i am not particularly fond of it).

Well, there are many examples showing that a low cost car does not equal to a poorly designed car. For example, do you remember the original Renault Twingo?
ReplyDeleteIt is true that Citroen has brilliant cars upscale in their range, but in my opinion, it is a shame that they can release something this boring.
