May 2015 in Córdoba: Cruces

This is the first time in a long while shen I have not been taking pictures of the Cruces in Córdoba with a serious camera; on the contrary, I could only make a few shots using my phone, which under daylight can do an acceptable job, but is devoid of such capabilities in the night. So I apologize for the quality of some of them.

These pictures were taken at the Cruz de Santa Marina (located at Plaza Conde de Priego), which this year got the first prize in the Cruces competition:

This is the Cruz from Plaza Conde de Toledo:

And this is the Cruz from the top of Cuesta del Bailío, a privileged location which is, unfortunately, the place of big crowds of people drinking at the street.

This beautiful bougainvillea is at the lower part of the Cuesta del Bailío:

This is the cruz which was located on the side of the Iglesia de Santa Marina:

And finally, this is the cruz from Plaza del Padre Cristóbal, very close to the place where I was living a few years ago:

And as an appetizer of the next celebrations in Córdoba (Patios, rejas y balcones), which are already happening this week: this picture shows the front of one of the most beautiful houses with patio, in the Pastora street.
